Dr Dalgarno is a global expert bringing over 20 years of sector experience in challenging the harms caused by abuse/violence (individual and institutional) to women and children. She will help you expand your skills and expertise in these areas and to develop stronger and trauma-informed private and public health, social and justice systems. She has advised governments, charities and NGOs in Europe through to Africa. Policy Advice and Reform Consultancy (National and Global) High-quality qualitative research to accelerate organisational change Rapid Evidence Reviews/Assessments - transparent knowledge synthesis designed to provide actionable evidence for decision-making in a timely manner, typically completed in weeks to six months. Mentoring Future Leaders in Education, Health and Justice Design, Delivery and Dissemination of Research Projects Advocacy Support, Policy Influence and Legislative Reform Drafting policy briefs and consultation responses for government inquiries. Advising parliamentary committees and contributing to legislative reform on domestic abuse, coercive control and family court practices. International Representation - Presenting evidence to UN treaty bodies, Human Rights Council sessions, and global conferences. Acting as a delegate or representative for survivor‑led organisations in international forums.
